Meadow & Soul (Hannah, ABN 96 807 178 443) respects your privacy and is committed to handling your personal information responsibly. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
Depending on how you interact with Meadow & Soul, this may include your name, email address, phone number, postal address and Instagram handle, details of the rituals you book and when, and the information you share in your intake and consent form before your first session, including how you're feeling physically and emotionally, any current stressors or transitions, whether you're pregnant or postpartum, and your signed consent.
How we collect it
Through the contact and newsletter forms on this website, through Calendly when you book a ritual, and through the Jotform intake and consent form you complete before your first visit.
Why we collect it
To provide a safe, appropriate session tailored to you, to manage your booking and deposit, to send you appointment related messages and respond to enquiries, and, only if you've opted in, to send you the occasional newsletter update.
Who it's shared with
Meadow & Soul uses a small number of trusted platforms to run the business: Calendly for bookings, Jotform for the intake and consent form, and MailerLite for the website, contact form and newsletter. These providers only process your information to deliver their service to Meadow & Soul, they don't use it for their own purposes. Your information is never sold.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide your treatment, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return, or as required for insurance or legal reasons, after which it's securely deleted.
Access and correction
You're welcome to ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, at any time. Just email meadowandsoul@gmail.com.
Marketing
Newsletter emails are opt in only. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email you receive.
