Cancellation & Refund Policy
What to expect around deposits, rescheduling and cancellations.
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure every booking (the amount depends on the ritual, see the Rituals page for details), with the balance due on the day by cash or EFTPOS.
Rescheduling
Need to change your time? Just let Hannah know at least 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit will be moved to your new booking at no extra cost.
Cancellations and no shows
Deposits are non refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or don't attend, since that time was held especially for you and couldn't be offered to someone else.
Running late
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for check in. If you arrive late, your session may need to finish at the scheduled time to keep the next booking on track, with the full price still applying.
If Hannah needs to cancel
On the rare occasion Hannah needs to cancel or reschedule your session, you'll be offered a full refund of your deposit or first choice of a new time.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
